The Kosmic
Kitchen

I believe the heart of healing begins in the kitchen. A place to feed your creativity, nourish yourself, and make magic.

Growing up, food always held a sense of connection, comfort and curiosity for me. Watching my mother prepare food with love and the feeling it gave me is a deep part of the work I share. I think food should feel good. From preparing it to eating it. A ritual that is pleasurable and feeds you on many levels. In college, I got to explore my love of plants and food and helped to lay the foundation for the very first community garden on campus. We grew heirloom varietals, medicinal herbs, perennial vegetables, and even ate the weeds! The constant abundance in the garden meant there was always new herbal infused meals to share with friends.

At first, this website was a simple journal, to document recipes, newly learned remedies, and showcase my love of plants. As time went on, and studies in traditional medicine practices deepened, The Kosmic Kitchen grew into an educational platform for everyday rituals centered around the kitchen.

My mission is to bring plant medicine, the people's medicine, back into the forefront. To make kitchens kosmic worldwide, so that every human has a fundamental understanding of their bodies, and can experience the incredible magic of plants.

In August of 2020, The Kosmic Kitchen Cookbook was released and has already found its way to kitchens all over the world.
