WEEK 1: UNDERSTANDING THE ENERGETICS OF SRING

Learn how to balance the cold and wet energies of spring with warming and invigorating remedies. We’ll also go over ways to prep your kitchen for the weeks ahead and create a space you feel empowered cooking in.

WEEK 2: KEY HERBAL PREPS FOR THE SEASON

Herbal preps are at the heart of any kitchen practice. This time of year they’re essential in helping to support healthy digestion, immunity, and lymphatic system health. You’ll see just how easy it is to infuse healing herbs and spices into everyday meals and learn how to make:

FAQ’s

 

IS THE WORKSHOP LIVE?

Yes, two of the four classes will be live on Sunday 2/12, and Sunday 2/26 at 10 am PST and recordings sent out after the class. The other two workshops will be recorded and all work I encourage you to cook with me during the workshop but know that can be difficult with everyone’s schedule. The workshop will be recorded, sent to you, and available to watch for 1 month after the workshop date. You’ll be able to ask questions throughout that period, but feel free to send over questions beforehand so I can answer those during the class. If you can’t make the live time, please email me with any questions you have and I will be happy to answer them.

I CAN’T COMMIT TO 4-WEEKS. CAN I COME TO INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS?

Yes! If you don’t have the space to do all four workshop sessions, you’ll be able to purchase them individually. Keep in mind you will only receive the handouts for the workshops you purchase.

ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS?

I'M SO BUSY. WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO THIS?

Since you have access to all four workshop recordings and handouts, you're able to learn in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. Plus, this workshop will teach you how to save time while still nourishing yourself deeply.
 

WHERE CAN I GET ALL THE HERBS, FOOD, AND SUPPLIES?

Once you register, you'll have access to the handouts with links to my favorite products and herbal suppliers. You'll be able to get most foods at the local grocery store, some of the medicinal herbs can even be found in the spice aisle. Anything more you can buy online. Though, I hope you’ll feel inspired to get creative with herbs and foods that grow in your area, right outside in your garden, or at your local grocer.
 

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE RECIPES?

I’ve designed these recipes to be flexible and to inspire you to enjoy the herbs in a way that feels best to your body. All recipes are gluten and dairy free unless otherwise specified. I can always make additional recommendations as needed and you can email info@thekosmickitchen.com with any questions. I encourage you to ask questions, as we all can learn from each other.
 

I'VE HEARD A LOT ABOUT ADAPTOGENS AND HERBAL REMEDIES AND WANT TO GIVE THEM A TRY BUT, I'M NOT QUITE SURE WHERE TO START? 

This workshop will help 'de-mystify herbal foods. I’ll share tips on creating herbal foods to support and help create more balance each day, making herbalism a nourishing part of your routine.
