Whether you're a beginner, master medicine maker, or chef, this workshop is designed to inspire you to see the elemental theory behind herbalism as a lifestyle – a way of connecting more deeply to yourself and the world around you.
I'M SO BUSY. WILL I HAVE TIME TO DO THIS?
Since you have access to all the live recording and handouts, you're able to learn in the comfort of your own home, and at your own pace. Plus, this workshop will teach you how to save time while still nourishing yourself deeply.
WHERE CAN I GET ALL THE HERBS, FOODS, AND SUPPLIES?
Once you register, you'll have access to the handouts with links to our favorite products and herbal suppliers. You'll be able to get most foods at the local grocery store, some of the medicinal herbs can even be found in the spice isle! Anything more you can buy online. Though, we hope you’ll feel inspired to get creative with herbs and foods that grow in your area, right outside in your garden or in your windowsill box.
I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. WILL I BE ABLE TO USE THE RECIPES?
We've designed our recipes to be flexible and to inspire you to enjoy the herbs in a way that feels best to your body. We can always make additional recommendations as needed, and there is a comments section for all Q+A’s. We encourage you to ask questions, as we all can learn from each other.
